CZARS Obama'a and Bush's Kings

The title began with Bush, a czar to oversee the wars in Iraq and in Afghanistan. And now we have Obama calling for a Czar for cyber, energy and climate.

The title means king. When did the USA start appointing Kings? Where is all this leading to? Why are we changing names to titles? Has anyone else notice this? Am I wrong, but didn't Russia use the title Czar?

Does this brother anyone besides me?

Maybe someone who is smarting than I am know what is up with using the title Czar. Or the history of this title.
