Nails On 7th Street

I was told by a buddy of mine that he heard on the scanner that someone threw nails on 7th street at the corner of Elm and 7th. just letting you all know to avoid the area for some time because we all know the lazy ass street workers will not be in the area until well you fill in the blank_______________________
