State of Oklahoma claims Sovereignty under Constitution


Joint Resolution claiming sovereignty under the
Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United
States over certain powers; serving notice to the
federal government to cease and desist certain
mandates; and directing distribution.
WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United
States reads as follows:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to
the States respectively, or to the people."; and
WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment defines the total scope of federal
power as being that specifically granted by the Constitution of the
United States and no more; and
WHEREAS, the scope of power defined by the Tenth Amendment means
that the federal government was created by the states specifically
to be an agent of the states.

Will we see other states secede.

I like the direction they're going, I just hope they have the courage of their convictions and stick to their guns.

I have been reading for the last few years that about ten or more states are going to do the same.
Nothing on the news yet.

Is the South going to rise again?
I'm glad I moved to the South!

Makes you wonder what will come out of this. Still nothing on the news about it. But doens't surprise me any.

I'm having problems trying to get to the truth of this story, I'm waiting on a email from Oklahoma's Constitution website. Hoping to get a answer soon. HJR1089 is the bill number, if this is a real story or a bogus story to put out false information. Can't find any stories on any local Oklahome newspapers. But this is the stuff I enjoying doing, getting to the truth.
