Did anyone see where Bud is no longer an American owed company?

Another one bites the dust. I did see where we are running out of hops to make beer. farmers planted corn for fuel, and are not planting hops anymore. The price of beer is going to go sky high by fall. It you can even get it.

Most breweries import their hops anyway, so it isn't likely they will run out anytime soon. If the price of beer goes up, it will probly be fuel prices. After all, they gotta truck all those brewskis to the local carryout.

It was I think on Cnn the other day, about hops, and the shortage, not sure if they said it was here or other counties. I got the last bit of the story, and they were just saying farmers are not rasing hops. And that beer companies are looking to change their recipes, to use less hops in their beer. Not sure how this will effect the taste? Might be some unhappy beer drinkers.

The fine people of the south know how to make the good stuff. We will never be out of alcohol. Moonshine makes a man of you fast.

That stuff might even make a man out of me.
