What DO You Think?

Ok, if I am reading the story right, a young man told a few classmates he was going to kill Obama if he got elected. His classmates, in line with the Nazi's tattle tail policies, reported him and now he was been arrested. Under the new laws, he can be arrest for speaking out about any of the GOD'S, I saw his picture and he's just a kid, but now because he made a statement and I'm sure perhaps a statement he made in haste, his life is down the tubes. How may of us has made similar statements about someone we where mad at? Would he have done though with it? Probably not. I think they jumped the gun, and went overboard arresting him.

It's stupid. They jumped the gun. The prisions will be full of people for thought crimes if they keep this up.

well you cant go around telling people you are going to kill a presidential candidate. ever since the columbine shooting whenever a person makes a statement like that the authorities have to take action. If they didnt do something and he did kill him then everyone would be like how come nothing was done when this kid said he was gonna do it. Its better to take action and stop anything from happening. Did the story have any info on whether or not this kid had any plans drawn up or anything else that support the arrest?

Well if he kills Obama... he ought to be given a freakin' reward!
