Hey there Papa!! I used to live just outside Warsaw....now I live in Las Vegas!!! Coshocton County has been going to hell for too long..... There are NO decent jobs left and few decent places to hang out. The Tribune is soooooo out of touch with reality it's almost funny (now that I don't have to live there anymore!) I have the deepest sympathy for the decent folks still stuck there.
