It's become the norm for Coshocton!! I swear there are some of the stupidest people in the county in positions of power. I like how they thought people from other towns would spend their "bucks" in Coshocton! Like why the heck would someone from Chicago shop in Coshocton?!! That's so utterly stupid it's hard to comprehend.............
