Streets get worse

I think the roads were better with the giant pot holes. At least with the holes you could drive around them, now with the shitty patch job one would think it will be smooth but its worse. And how many city employees does it take to fill them? I drove by 6 people today working on 1 small hole. 3 were working and the other 3 were leaning on their shovels.
