Ghost Town

Wow this place has been a ghost town now for about a week. When i logged on I thought i was at the tribune forum because it was so dead.

Everyone has jumped ship and went to boxtown.

Until now,I haven't been on either forum for over a week now. We started production back up at work last week after a long Christmas shutdown and have been very busy. Long days at work haven't left much time at home to have much spare time. Some dumbass got caught watching a DVD on his computer by the Senior Vice President In Charge and now they are cracking down on internet use at work for personal use now.

I've just been busy with stuff here at home. Boxtown is getting some attention but I think it will wear off. Nazgul is kicking sand in eyes over there again and I hate to read the childish responses to his posts. So many closed minds over there that are so sure they are right and won't even read an article if the author isn't purer than the driven snow and has a perfectly clean past. But I bet a bunch of them voted for Obamie and he has a past that most of them would be shunning and calling evil if he wasn't black. I don't fit in any pc mold and I won't say I'm sorry to anyone for how I feel. People seem to forget that its my right to feel how I want and I have my reasons just like other people do. I don't have to give a reason that makes anyone feel warm and fuzzy. Want warm and fuzzy? Get a fleece blanket. Like peace man ... cool. Besides ... better smileys over here.

I'm still here I had puter problems

Well I checked out boxtown....it wasn't my cup of tea. I like regular peeps like you guys/gals. I've just been busy with my move and there is sooooo much to do in Vegas. Like learning to drive in 3 lanes of traffic on every street!! And figuring out which happy hour to go to for cheap or free drinks!! I heard some places in Coshocton are gonna raise their drink prices again.....So between the horrible cold/road conditions and outrageous drink prices and taxes in Coshocton, I been feelin kinda sorry for the friends and family I left behind.

Even if there were only 2 posters on this board....it's still more lively, interesting, and fun, than the Tribunes.

PuppyLove, you moved just in time! There is about 6 inches of snow on the ground and it was a toasty 6 degrees this morning and tonight is supposed to be even colder. Global warming .... yeah right .....

Yeah the weather is really weird anymore!! Here it's 68 degrees and sunny!! The weatherman said last night that as long as we keep having above normal temps, you'all will have sub normal..... I wouldn't wish that kinda cold on anyone. OK, maybe the editor of the Tribune...... My thoughts and prayers go out to the peeps in Coshoc. I hope everyone there is able to stay warm and their pipes don't freeze. Also hope the road situation gets better for you'all.

Too bad this forum is such a ghost town. This is the only forum I do take a look at everyday. The others I just scan a few times a week.

Maybe I should stop singing all these showtunes here, I have run everyone off!

im still here.....i still check everyday....lead cant get on because of computer problems.

I check in everyday but don't always log on.

The weather has been too nice here lately too check in everyday... have been out ridding my scooter every chance I get. Had a couple of days in the 40's and 50's this week... But it's supposed to be in the 70's and sunny all weekend! Yippeeeeee!!!!

I seem to remember reading in the "other forum" thread about how people in here don't resort to name-calling and treat each other with respect. I guess the above quote is a perfect example of that.

OK, explain exactly how I was rude. Just calling me rude proves nothing. In fact, the only one who was rude in this thread was Coshocton Taxpayer. I don't see you calling him on it. You people complain about the Tribune forum,saying that their little clique attacks anyone they don't agree with. Looks to me like you people are equally guilty of the same exact thing.
