I was thinking about canning some pickeled eggs. If anyone has extra to sell I might buy some. Also still looking to buy cucumbers and tomatoes. One reason I have not been posting to busy, canning. Ever had cinnamon pickels? Takes three days to make them but they are really good. Want to make some tomato butter and ketcup.

Tomato jam, it's better than strawberry, it was known as poor man's jelly, you cook the tomatoes down with sugar and spices to make a jam.
