k-mart is better

last x-mas i got my son a psp at k-mart ..so now it is broke so i called sony and they said i needed the reciet.... found it but it was in my wallet for so long i couldnt read it so i call k-mart the lady a k-mart took the time to look on the computer to print me a copy of my receit and she said she would have it ready for me to pickup my next trip to zanesville.......does anyone think wal-mart would do that for a costomers
